• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and targeted interventions to facilitate client progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and support during emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering community and peer support among participants.

Your role will directly impact a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
