Peak Hours (Evenings + Weekends) Licensed Mental Health Therapist (MD)

Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
Schedule: Part-time 
Required Hours: Peak Appointment Hours Weekdays: 3PM-9PM | Weekends 8AM-2PM

We’re expanding our Maryland telehealth team and looking for passionate, licensed therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact—one session at a time.

Compensation

  • $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
  • $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (supervision offered)
  • Full-time - 36 Hours/weekly
  • Part-Time - 22 Hours/weekly

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop client-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR
  • Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
