• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the substance abuse history and mental health of clients, using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address addiction and associated mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Educate and support clients’ families about addiction and mental health, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with regulations and best practices.

This role primarily focuses on working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and vary in age, presenting with unique challenges requiring specialized care. Your proficiency in addressing both mental health and substance-related concerns will significantly impact client outcomes.

• Must hold a valid license as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in addiction counseling.
• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a thorough understanding of client motivation and engagement techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment settings, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that connect mental health and addiction treatment.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital health tools and electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation and progress tracking.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
