Website Marketing Specialist
360training is seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role updates and optimizes website content and structure while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, SEO alignment, and strong user experience. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support projects, and provide CMS expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Update, maintain, and publish website pages ensuring accuracy, accessibility, brand consistency, and on-page SEO alignment (metadata, header tags, internal linking, keywords, schema markup)
  • Manage website CMS, including but not limited to active promotions, campaigns, and regulatory content.
  • Collaborate with CRO, SEO, Content, Creative, Analytics, and Development teams to optimize site architecture, content structure, URLs, crawlability, page speed, and semantic markup to support strong website performance and user experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or UI/UX issues by partnering with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and increase website efficiency.
  • Conduct webpage QA, support special projects, and monitor page performance, validating accuracy, formatting, broken links, and accessibility; document issues or user feedback and escalate improvements as needed.
  • Serve as the SME for websites and provide guidance for CMS limitations, timeline scoping and website best practices.
  • Attend bi-weekly sprint night releases up to two hours between 8pm-10pm CT and work occasional evening/weekend hours for planned website updates.
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in digital marketing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field, or possesses commensurate professional experience.
  • One to three years of related experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Front-end languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Highly skilled in utilizing CMS similar to WordPress and/or Drupal to efficiently manage and enhance web content.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Jira Cloud and Asana a plus.
