Job description

StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We're looking for a Web Marketing Manager to help evolve StackAdapt's website into a best-in-class marketing channel - one that tells our brand story with clarity, supports business goals, and converts high-intent audiences across the customer journey.

This individual contributor role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact web experiences that strengthen our brand narrative, communicate StackAdapt's value in a compelling way, and support measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how content, user experience, and search work together to drive results.

You'll partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate audience needs into compelling web experiences, and develop messaging strategies that drive engagement and conversion. From new landing pages to site-wide content initiatives, you'll independently own web projects from concept through launch and optimization. You'll also identify opportunities to improve existing web experiences through content optimization, SEO, user behavior insights, and performance data.

You'll work closely with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Design, Web Development, Marketing Ops, and other cross-functional teams to create web experiences that drive measurable results. The ability to balance strategy and execution, navigate ambiguity, and independently manage multiple priorities is central to this role.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we're open to candidates located anywhere within Canada and the US.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop website messaging and content strategies that align with business goals, audience needs, and campaign objectives, creating web experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused web copy that clearly communicates StackAdapt's value and simplifies complex concepts.
  • Independently own web initiatives from concept through launch, driving content strategy, stakeholder alignment, copy development, reviews, and optimization.
  • Partner with designers and developers to bring new pages and experiences to life, ranging from campaign landing pages to complex, multi-page web initiatives.
  • Use web analytics, heatmaps, SEO insights, and user behavior data to identify opportunities, optimize website content, and improve website performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly website reporting, and provide and execute recommendations based on key findings.
  • Shape web experiences that balance brand storytelling, audience education, and conversion goals - ensuring our website clearly communicates who StackAdapt is, what we stand for, and why we're differentiated.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support multilingual content and localization initiatives that improve user experience and conversion performance across global markets.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, content creation, personalization, and web performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI innovations, and evolving best practices in content strategy and user experience.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content marketing, web copywriting, or digital experience roles.
  • Is an exceptional writer and editor with strong editorial judgment and the ability to craft compelling narratives for a variety of audiences, channels, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Has experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Has a strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, UX principles, SEO, and conversion-focused content design.
  • Has hands-on experience using web analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
  • Has strong knowledge of SEO principles and how search, content, and user experience work together to drive results.
  • Is comfortable working independently and managing projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Has experience working with CMS platforms, such as WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Is curious about AI and emerging technologies and understands how they can be applied to improve web and content performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting localization and multilingual web experiences.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Crazy Egg, Semrush, HubSpot, and AI tools, such as ChatGPT.

Why This Role Matters

Our website is one of StackAdapt's most important growth channels. This role helps ensure we deliver high-impact web experiences that strengthen our messaging, improve conversion, support global marketing initiatives, and create impact across the customer journey.
