Job description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, coordinate reservations and scheduling requests, provide support throughout the customer experience, and help ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, options, and availability
  • Assist with reservations, scheduling, and customer coordination
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Follow up with customers regarding requests and appointments
  • Address concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications
