  • Journey Mapping & Page Architecture: Analyze web page structures and customer journeys to identify key opportunities to integrate and elevate F5's AI narrative, specifically highlighting the value of AI in F5 products, services, and digital defense.
  • SEO/AEO Collaboration: Interface closely with F5's specialized SEO and AEO team; translate their performance findings into actionable recommendations for adjusting structured content, schema, and page layouts.
  • Content Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize broad web content performance across F5.com, ensuring content is findable, high-quality, and aligned with overall brand goals.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with product marketing, security experts, creative, and web development teams to execute structured content updates and streamline the digital publishing lifecycle.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all structured and AI-assisted content complies with F5's editorial guidelines, ethical AI frameworks, and corporate security policies.
