JOB TITLE:

Client Care Coordinator (Remote)

LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

Remote - WA, Full time

COMPENSATION:

$17.64 - $26.45

Why This Role Matters:

The Client Care Coordinator’s primary role is to provide clients general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephony and electronic communication.

You Will:

  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Resolve client problems by determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the solution to the issue, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services by recognizing and analyzing client needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results (personal metrics).
  • Manage high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in necessary systems (i.e. PAWS).
  • Other job duties as necessary.

Your Experience Should Include:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is required.
  • Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills are required.

This Remote Position Requires:

  • A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85mbs.
  • A quiet, dedicated work space.
  • May require working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

Salary Range:

The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00/hour with opportunities for merit increases (salary range: $17.64 - $26.45/hour).

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
