We provide comprehensive personal and business solutions along with financial, tax, fiduciary and investment advice to individuals, families, privately held businesses, family offices, and not-for-profit organizations.
Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, public figures, creatives, and scientists. We collaborate with individuals and families who inspire us and share our impact-focused culture. As a nimble, next-generation firm, we challenge industry norms while delivering best-in-class strategic planning, education, and support to help clients reach their full financial potential.

About The Role:
We are seeking a highly seasoned Wealth Advisor to join our team as a senior leader responsible for managing and growing client relationships while delivering comprehensive, personalized wealth management solutions.
This role combines client advisory, relationship management, and business development, requiring an individual who brings an existing book of business and a demonstrated ability to generate new client relationships.
As a Wealth Advisor at Kilter Group, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, guiding them through complex financial decisions across investments, tax strategy, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, and business planning. You will operate in a fiduciary capacity, delivering tailored advice and a high-touch experience aligned with each client's unique goals and service needs, and that reflects the firm's high standards.
What makes this opportunity distinct is that you will not be operating independently-you will be supported by an integrated team of Private Wealth Planners, Client Service Executives, and Investment Operations Specialists who are dedicated to delivering an elevated client experience. This structure allows you to focus on relationship management, strategic advice, and business development, while leveraging a best-in-class team to execute and service client needs at scale.
You will collaborate closely with the firm's investment, planning, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions while continuing to expand your client relationships within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Requirements

    • Actively source and develop new client relationships through personal networks, introductions, and strategic partnerships.
    • Partner with firm leadership on growth initiatives and client acquisition strategies.
    • Represent Kilter Group externally as a trusted voice in wealth management.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy
    • Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals and evolving circumstances.
    • Provide guidance on tax-efficient strategies, estate and legacy planning, retirement planning, and liquidity events.

  • Leadership & Contribution to Firm Strategy
    • Contribute to the firm's culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
    • Act as a resource for complex client cases and planning strategies across the firm.
    • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility.

What You'll Bring:
  • 15+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or equivalent advanced industry designation required (such as CFA®, CPA); additional credentials are a plus.
