Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, you'll lead the charge from initial tech presentations through discovery and proof of value phases, providing technical guidance throughout the sales process.

What You'll Own
  • Analyse your assigned region to identify high-potential customers and uncover their security remediation challenges.
  • Create and implement targeted, account-based outreach strategies using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Proactively arrange high-quality meetings with key decision-makers and influencers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) target accounts
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to boost event attendance and diligently follow up on qualified leads.
  • Accurately document, track, and manage all activities within our CRM system to ensure data integrity and effective follow-up.

Who you are

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo..
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management abilities and a strong capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: OTE 85$k fix + 35$k variable
