Job Description We are seeking a Global Returns Analyst to join our retail channel operations team in the AR/VR industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level supply chain functions, RMA processing, and returns management and a proven ability to analyze return drivers, resolve discrepancies, and optimize returns workflows. Responsibilities: Process RMAs and analyze driving factors for returns.

Partner with service centers to resolve return-related issues. Resolve discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers. Validate returns and ensure data accuracy.

File disputes for retail customers through required portals and processes. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Leverage AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis. Bachelor's degree in a field aligned to supply chain analysis. Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle.

Background in consumer electronics retail operations. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes of returns. Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.

Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools. Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems. Knowledge of retail compliance and dispute resolution.
