Job description

We're seeking an Enterprise Data and Analytics Lead to work closely with our clients and internal teams, to turn data into insights and actionable business decisions.

Individuals in this role identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. They reveal insights using data tools, reports and presentations that are accurate, congruent and reliable. They ensure business-critical data is easily available for direct consumption by users, or integration with client solutions. They evangelize and educate clients and internal teams on the power of data to transform business.

Responsibilities and requirements for this role include:

  • Participates in scoping, planning, technical design, documentation, testing, QA, and delivery of client solutions
  • Works with internal and client teams to develop account and project strategies that meet client business goals and requirements
  • Works with clients to define data requirements, priorities and KPIs
  • Collaborates with developers on tagging and other analytics activities, including solution testing and validation support
  • Creates and analyzes dashboards and reports to reveal actionable insights, followed by action plans for delivery
  • Conducts user testing, analyzes user behavior, and suggests UX/UI/Experience and technical improvements to client solutions
  • Collaborates with account teams to identify general and specific new business opportunities for our BI/Analytics practice
  • Trains client and internal users to transform data into action-oriented information and to use that information correctly
  • Has client-facing experience presenting to multiple stakeholders and business owners
  • Works closely with VF Marketing to plan, deploy, monitor and refine internal projects including SEO and SEM for owned/paid/earned media on web and social
  • Has production experience with Adobe Analytics Cloud and other Adobe Experience products
  • Ideally has production experience with Google Analytics Free, Google 360, and Azure BI Tools, other Analytics/BI Tools and Platforms
  • Has production experience with BI and analytics for web and mobile, sites and applications
  • Ideally has strong interest in emerging technologies including VR, AR, MR, IoT, machine learning
  • Ideally has experience collaborating with remote offices and clients
