Title: ServiceNow Developer Local to MI Skills: Experience with JavaScript and HTML. Experience creating and promoting ServiceNow update sets and workflows. Preferred experience with ServiceNow Modules: IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, Intelligent Apps, Knowledge Management, Service Portals, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Analytics. Experience with complex integrations (e.g., VeraSmart, SAP, Clarity) and working with APIs (inbound/outbound). Summary: Build, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules. Perform analysis and refine system requirements and designs. Ensure rigorous application of information security policies to ServiceNow delivery. Promote ServiceNow update sets and build complex workflows and catalog items. Participate in design and code reviews and support complex integrations. Identify, develop, deploy, and provide post-implementation support for infrastructure and application technologies. Apply principles for designing, developing, optimizing, and integrating systems components. Perform prototyping, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation of software applications in an agile environment. Work with a cross-functional team to implement and deliver solutions using agile methodologies.
