Full-time Or Part-time Remote Reports to the Chief Financial Officer

315, LLC is a growing healthcare revenue cycle management company headquartered in Macon. We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to own day-to-day financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks and support our CFO as the company expands.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate, current books in QuickBooks across multiple business entities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable; manage vendor invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts monthly
  • Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial report preparation
  • Track expenses and assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting
  • Maintain organized financial records and support the CFO on ad hoc projects

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, with strong QuickBooks proficiency (Online or Desktop)
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working across multiple entities
