About the Job
As a Senior Zone Outreach Manager (ZOM), your primary focus is driving volume to our store locations through business outreach, while maintaining operations optimization. This role partners with store and multi-unit leadership teams to source outreach opportunities, drive outreach leads to the stores and provide tools and resources to maximize local outreach volume. This position reports to the Director of Outreach Operations.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Frequently travel (up to 50% of the time) stores with Regional Managers, focusing on identifying key outreach opportunities and equipping teams with the tools and resources needed to effectively drive outreach volume.
• Provide direction and support to the ASM of Outreach in all relevant aspects of the role, with a focus on achieving key outreach performance goals.
• Focus on driving awareness for hyper-local events through marketing tools and social channels.
• Attend high-profile outreach events within the zone to drive outreach volume and support local relationships where necessary.
• Support regional outreach efforts to drive local business partnerships to new store openings and relocations, as needed.
• Partner with multi-unit leadership to identify operational opportunities within outreach across territory to optimize process and drive business efficiencies.
• Stay informed on corporate communication, directives, initiatives, and policies/procedures to serve as the first line of support for the stores.
• Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring | Skills and Qualifications
• Retail management or sales multi-unit management experience of 7+ years or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required (work experience may substitute for education requirement).
• Experience with establishing, tracking and achieving performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers.
• Ability to think strategically to develop business plans, execution of initiatives and assess potential obstacles and opportunities to drive the business.
• Experienced at prioritizing and working under time constraints, overseeing multiple projects at one time, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
• Strong expertise of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
• Strong knowledge of in-store and back-office systems (POS/Putty, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workforce Management, etc.)

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week.
• The position is remote, and the candidate should reside in Houston or Dallas, near a major airport.
• 50% local and air travel required as needed

The starting salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
