Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Short-Form Content Creator based in Netherlands.

As a Short-Form Content Creator, you will own the production of engaging, platform-ready content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form channels. You will work from raw streams, tournament footage, and partner content to identify the moments most likely to capture attention and generate engagement. From selecting the right footage to constructing hooks, editing, captions, sound, and final formatting, you will manage the creative process end to end. The role requires a strong instinct for short-form storytelling, including pacing, tension, humor, and payoff. You will combine audience awareness with genuine poker literacy to recognize which moments are worth turning into content. Performance feedback will continuously inform your editing approach and help improve future output. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on creator who thrives on producing high-quality content quickly and consistently.

Accountabilities:
  • Produce short-form content end to end, from identifying compelling moments in raw footage through editing, hook development, captions, sound design, and platform-native formatting.
  • Regularly review streams, tournament footage, ambassador material, and partner content to identify hands, reactions, and moments with strong potential for drama, tension, humor, or audience engagement.
  • Build and maintain a bank of compelling source material that can be used for current and future short-form formats.
  • Apply established creative briefs and structural guidance around hooks, pacing, and payoff placement while contributing ideas that can strengthen the overall edit.
  • Incorporate insights from performance reviews and audience data into subsequent edits and creative decisions.
  • Produce content across repeatable formats and series while maintaining recognizable structures and consistent quality without making individual edits feel repetitive.
  • Support campaign and promotional content, including tournament series, product launches, and partner collaborations, while meeting specific briefs and deadlines.
  • Manage an independent editing pipeline and consistently deliver content at the speed and volume required by a high-performing short-form operation.
  • Use AI-powered and modern editing tools where they can improve production speed, creative quality, or workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure every finished asset is polished, engaging, and ready for publication across the relevant platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven portfolio of short-form content that achieved significant reach, engagement, or viral performance, ideally within iGaming, poker, gaming, entertainment, or an adjacent sector.
  • Ability to demonstrate the performance of previous content and explain the creative decisions that contributed to its success.
  • Strong understanding of poker and the ability to recognize compelling hands, bluffs, coolers, reactions, personalities, and other moments that resonate with a poker audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source content from large volumes of raw footage, including reviewing streams or tournament recordings and identifying moments worth developing.
  • Excellent understanding of short-form content principles, including scroll-stopping hooks, pacing, payoff placement, sound, captions, and platform-specific audience behavior.
  • Strong editing skills and fluency with modern professional video-editing tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative and editing tools and the ability to apply them effectively when they improve speed or quality.
  • Proven ability to produce content at high volume while maintaining strong creative and technical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage an independent production pipeline against a content calendar.
  • Comfortable working with feedback, performance data, and evolving creative requirements.
  • Creative, audience-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and an instinct for compelling visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating reliably with the wider content and marketing teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Opportunity to create content for major short-form social platforms and reach large audiences.
  • Exposure to modern AI-powered creative and editing technologies.
  • Opportunity to work within the blockchain and online gaming entertainment space.
  • Collaborative and inclusive international team culture.
  • Professional development opportunities and career growth.
  • High level of creative ownership over short-form content production.
  • Opportunity to work across streams, tournaments, partnerships, campaigns, and diverse content formats.
