• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral and mental health needs, and develop personalized therapy goals.
• Engage in individual counseling sessions via video, demonstrating a deep commitment to ethical practices and compassionate communication.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to foster engagement and promote healing, ensuring interventions are centered on client-specific needs.
• Create effective, individualized treatment plans that encompass measurable objectives, incorporating client feedback throughout the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, enabling them to navigate challenges more effectively.
• Measure and monitor clients' progress continuously, adjusting therapy goals as necessary to support their journey toward mental wellness.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health concerns. Your clients might include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. The majority of clients you see will be seeking proactive support and coping mechanisms to enhance their overall mental health and well-being. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them navigate these issues in a supportive and constructive manner.

• Education: A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: Active state license is mandatory. Accepted licenses include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to work independently without the need for supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with contemporary practices and latest developments in psychotherapy that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Competency with technology and various telehealth platforms for streamlined session management.

Joining our team comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your working hours and experience.
