Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions virtually, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the needs of students.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions to address their unique challenges.
  • Collaborate remotely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and school staff, to enhance the quality of client care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
  • You must possess an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Massachusetts.
