This position offers a flexible remote work setting that empowers you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while providing essential mental health services. Our therapists utilize advanced telehealth technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that clients feel supported and engaged regardless of location. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions virtually, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the needs of students.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions to address their unique challenges.
• Collaborate remotely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and school staff, to enhance the quality of client care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision, participating in regular team meetings to discuss insights, challenges, and improvements in practice.

Your primary client focus will be students, ranging from elementary to high school, who present with a variety of mental health concerns. You will work with children and adolescents dealing with stress, anxiety, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges, facilitating their personal growth and emotional development through effective therapeutic strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• You must possess an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, demonstrating depth in your practice.
• Proven expertise in conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for diverse client populations.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and inclusivity in mental health care delivery.

• Experience in a school-based setting or working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities will be an asset.
• A background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other empirically-supported techniques is preferred.

The compensation package for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, you will receive a variety of benefits, including:
