• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s preferences and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients who prefer virtual meetings can receive uninterrupted and effective care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to adhere to ethical and regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, such as attending workshops or obtaining certifications in emerging therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and numerous other mental health challenges. • A current and valid license in mental health therapy, such as as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven skills in effective communication and interpersonal relationships, enabling the creation of a trusting therapeutic environment.
• A compassionate mindset with a genuine desire to support clients in their journeys towards mental wellness.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills conducive to effectively managing a diverse caseload.

• Hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing scalable therapy solutions to individuals or groups.
• Familiarity with mental health software for case management, documentation, and billing processes.
• Experience implementing telehealth services with prior understanding of managing virtual client interactions.

• A competitive annual salary in the range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
