• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine treatment needs. For instance, you may use standardized assessment tools to gather data essential for creating personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches during secure virtual sessions, adapting techniques to fit individual client preferences and goals. This might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Engage collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, providing continuous support tailored to their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring that all client interactions and progress are accurately recorded in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in case consultations with peers to enhance therapeutic strategies and share insights on best practices.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in fostering a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their concerns, build resilience, and work towards recovery.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• A strong emphasis on empathy and understanding to effectively assist clients through their challenges.
• Proficient organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload and ensure timely documentation remotely.

• Experience in providing therapy in a virtual environment is highly desirable, leveraging technology to engage with clients effectively.
• Specialization in therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or couples counseling would be beneficial.
• Prior experience in a community health setting could enhance your understanding of the diverse needs of clients.
