• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans centered around their specific goals and progress indicators.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based strategies and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services, promptly addressing urgent needs to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage regularly in professional development and training to stay aligned with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client progress to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

As a therapist, you will primarily engage with a diverse adult client population, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds, each requiring a tailored approach that respects their unique experiences and promotes their mental wellness. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with clients and support them in their therapeutic journeys.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor combined with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Organizational and time-management skills to balance client sessions effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions or ethical violations on your professional record.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement is highly valued.
• Prior work with diverse populations in community health settings is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing successful treatment plans and guiding clients through their therapy process.
