• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients via video chat, building therapeutic relationships to facilitate emotional healing and growth.
• Guide clients in exploring their feelings and experiences to foster deeper self-awareness and improve interpersonal relationships.
• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in clarifying their mental health goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, collaborating with them to create and implement personalized, solution-focused treatment plans based on your clinical experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to track therapeutic outcomes.

You will work with a varied client base, all of whom have been screened to ensure they are stable and ready for therapeutic engagement. The clients you serve will largely present with lower acuity issues, allowing for focused interventions aimed at enhancing their overall mental wellness and developing coping strategies for everyday challenges.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, relying on your expert judgment and clinical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a capacity for empathy and effective communication.
• Proficiency in technological tools and software essential for remote therapy sessions.

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy, particularly with a focus on solution-driven strategies.
• A background in assessing and working with clients who have mild to moderate mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with creating collaborative treatment plans that involve client input and goal setting.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 for part-time work, commensurate with your caseload and professional experience.
