• Provide counseling services to clients through video sessions, focusing particularly on stable, low-acuity individuals who are seeking treatment for varied emotional and mental health concerns.
• Encourage open dialogue with clients, promoting self-expression of feelings and experiences to facilitate insight and healing.
• Assess clients through thoughtful conversations, observations, and relevant assessments to identify specific mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to define personalized therapeutic goals, establish actionable plans, and monitor progress throughout the treatment process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and applicants must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with a sympathetic and empathetic nature, are crucial for success in this role.
• Competency in using computers and telehealth platforms is required, ensuring smooth operation in a digital environment.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote therapy capacity or familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered advantageous. Experience with solution-focused therapy methods can also enhance your ability to connect with and support clients effectively.

• This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
