Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Coordinate services with partner agencies, facilitating effective collaboration for comprehensive client care.
  • Conduct research and review best practices related to mental health treatment modalities to align with organizational standards and client needs.
  • Perform client consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary agency professionals to create well-rounded treatment strategies.
  • Write detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to track client progress and inform care adjustments.

  • Support therapists in measuring, interpreting, and reporting results of psychometric assessments to reinforce client treatment pathways.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions with the site supervisor to enhance professional development and service delivery.
  • Participate in necessary meetings, including clinical team sessions and staff gatherings, to remain updated and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Identify and leverage agency resources, systematically guiding clients toward relevant services and supports.
  • Prepare for client sessions thoroughly by reviewing case notes and researching specific client challenges and solutions.
  • Engage in small group supervision activities, which may include seminar preparations, video reviews, and relevant research to foster continuous learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population including children, adolescents, and adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues requiring collaborative care. Your expertise will not only help clients navigate their mental health journeys but also empower them to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid and recognized mental health license in the U.S. (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits
