Job description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste-the biggest growth killer of all-and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

We support 100% remote work for this role!

We'd love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As a Senior Specialist, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD), you will launch and improve TV, video, audio, and display campaigns to grow new customers and revenue - while keeping efficiency on track. You'll follow clear Tinuiti Way practices, turn performance and media learnings into next actions, and pilot small, safe innovations before wider rollout. You'll partner closely with Client Leadership, Analytics/Econometrics, Creative, and channel teams (Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media) in your Pod, communicate clearly with clients, and document what works so the team can reuse it. We align scope and expectations to our job architecture for consistency and transparent progression.

Key responsibilities

ClientCentric

  • Prepare accurate, ontime updates and contribute to QBR inputs; explain results and next steps in plain language tied to goals (reach, CAC/CPx, revenue/LTV).

  • Identify and recommend changes (budget, pacing, frequency cap adjustments, network mix) within guardrails, noting potential; tradeoffs.

The Tinuiti Way

  • Apply solid TVAD craft aligned with the Tinuiti Way (audience/data sources, inventory quality, frequency/overlap control, attention/quality) with growing multichannel awareness

  • Document simple "howto" guides others can reuse.

ProductLed

  • Run small, safe pilots and monitor results before scaling.

  • Use teamshared Bliss Point signals (AlwaysOn Incrementality, Brand/Creative/Customer Insights) to guide daytoday optimizations; log issues and feedback for Product/Analytics partners.

Data & MeasurementDriven

  • Monitor performance daily/weekly; build accurate recurring reports; run basic A/Bs (or simple holdouts when feasible) with predefined success criteria and read cadence; keep budgets and pacing healthy.

  • Explain and advocate for Tinuiti's measurement and attribution framework to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support data/ops quality with checklists

Owner Mindset

  • Manage a clear work queue; deliver on time

  • Reduce rework and nonconverting spend (e.g., unmanaged frequency, lowquality/IVT inventory, overlapping buys, tagging gaps)

Ways of working and values

  • Greatness attracts Greatness: Seek feedback, hone craft, and embrace new tools and AI.

  • Clients grow, we grow: Focus on outcomes, evidence, and simple explanations.

  • Culture of ownership: Move fast, cut waste, and own results endtoend.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years running TV/video/audio/display with handson builds, launches, pacing, and optimizations; or 3-5+ years in analytical roles (finance/consulting) with strong media analytics exposure.

  • Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; can turn data into clear next steps and simple forecasts; SQL a plus.

  • Familiar with testing basics (A/B, incrementality/lift at a high level) and statistical significance.

  • Strong communication: clear writing and presenting; effective partner to broader team and confident on weekly client calls with limited oversight.

KPIs

  • Growth: Contribute to qualified reach/newhousehold acquisition and revenue/LTV from TVAD.

  • Quality: Improve attention/viewability and brand safety; reduce unmanaged frequency and overlap.

  • Innovation: Deliver small, safe TVAD innovations (audience/data, inventory quality, format/creative, frequency/quality) and record decisions and learnings.

  • Product/AI adoption: Pilot and adopt optimization features and Bliss Pointguided moves with proven incremental impact.

  • Efficiency (guardrail): Maintain or improve CAC/ROAS/CPx while growing profitable volume.
