As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions through video chat to assess and address the mental health needs of your clients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused therapies that align with best practices in mental health.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress within a digital platform, ensuring that clients remain engaged and making strides towards their therapeutic goals.
• Providing compassionate support as clients explore their feelings, relationships, and coping mechanisms in a safe environment.
• Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in adherence to state regulations and best practices in mental health care.

This position primarily focuses on managing stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support in managing life transitions, stress, and everyday emotional challenges. You will be working within a diverse client demographic, fostering therapeutic alliances that lead to meaningful personal growth and development.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current state license issued by the appropriate licensing board, including but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• The ability to independently manage therapy without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions against your license.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Demonstrated experience in teletherapy and virtual client interactions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and therapy management platforms.
• Knowledge of contemporary therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trust with clients in a virtual setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size. Our benefits package includes:
