Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client improvements and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes digital tools for efficient record-keeping.
  • Employ diverse therapeutic treatment models such as behavioral modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brief therapy to cater to individual client needs during counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.
  • Provide live video therapy sessions to a varied adult clientele, addressing a wide spectrum of emotional disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Formulate mental health diagnoses following the DSM-5 criteria and develop tailored treatment plans that align with established clinical guidelines.

Qualifications
