Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to address clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, assessing their mental and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credentials.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring high standards of care and ethics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
