This role focuses on managing negotiating licensing agreements that protect Atari's IP while creating revenue for the business. What You'll Do
Licensing & Commercial Transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate inbound and outbound licensing agreements for game development, co- branding, publishing, and digital media.
- Collaborate with Atari's licensing team to structure deals that expand brand presence while safeguarding IP integrity.
- Advise on marketing and promotional campaigns involving Atari's trademarks and copyrights.
Corporate Legal Support
- Support governance, compliance, and other corporate legal matters.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal teams across global operations.
- Maintain and update standard contract templates and best practice guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
- 4-6 years of experience in a reputable corporate law firm, with a strong emphasis on commercial transactions and licensing.
- Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements in the video game or entertainment industry
