As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work from the comfort of your own home, ensuring a private and safe space for patient interactions. • Manage your schedule to determine how many clients you see, allowing you to set hours that best fit your lifestyle and commitments.
• Utilize our marketing support and referral network to build and expand your client caseload, effectively reaching those who need care.
• Engage in the client-matching process based on your clinical preferences and areas of expertise, ensuring a fit that enhances therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide real-time, customized support to both clients and clinicians, streamlining the experience of seeking and providing care.
• Quickly verify client insurance benefits through our automated system to reduce any potential delays in access to services, thereby enhancing client satisfaction.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse patient populations experiencing a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment plans that are sensitive to the individual needs, backgrounds, and circumstances of each client, fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
• Access to a quiet and private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions, ensuring confidentiality and patient safety.
• Ability to meet relevant background and regulatory requirements for mental health service delivery.
• Solid understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth, including software for video communications and internal collaboration tools.
• Experience in working collaboratively with clients to develop and meet therapeutic goals, using comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Experience in private practice or telehealth counseling is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is highly desirable.
• A track record of successful client engagement and retention strategies.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
