• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ needs, including creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and training that enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
• Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes, contributing to the overall quality assurance and improvement of our services.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices.
