THE POSITION

VaxCare is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Health System Sales to build and lead our enterprise sales organization focused on large health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving growth within the health system segment—owning strategy, pipeline development, and execution of enterprise partnerships. The SVP will work closely with executive leadership to shape our go-to-market approach and expand VaxCare’s presence in the health system market.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large health systems and IDNs
  • Establish a structured, repeatable enterprise sales process
  • Define account segmentation and coverage models for strategic growth

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own revenue performance for the health system segment
  • Lead complex, multi-year enterprise deal cycles
  • Identify and expand opportunities across existing and new accounts

Engage Executive-Level Stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships with C-suite leaders across health systems (CEO, CFO, CMO, CIO)
  • Lead high-level negotiations and long-term partnership development
  • Represent VaxCare as a trusted strategic partner

Build & Scale a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of enterprise sales leaders
  • Establish performance expectations, incentives, and coaching frameworks
  • Foster a results-driven, accountable sales culture

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Align market needs with product roadmap and positioning
  • Ensure strong handoffs from sales through implementation

Strengthen Pipeline & Market Presence

  • Develop targeted pipeline strategies and key account plans
  • Expand partnerships and industry relationships
  • Represent VaxCare at industry events and forums


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of sales experience, including significant enterprise healthcare sales
  • Proven success selling into health systems and complex buying environments
  • Track record of closing large, multi-year deals
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams

Preferred Background

  • Experience in healthcare services, technology-enabled services, or pharma-related solutions
  • Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or clinical workflows
  • Established network within U.S. health systems

  • Remote Work Requirements:
    • Must be able to perform job duties independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must have private, distraction -free workspace suitable for confidential and focused work.
    • Must have reliable high-speed internet to support video conferencing and regular computer use.
    • Must be comfortable being on camera for Microsoft Teams meetings/video conference calls.
    • Must be willing & able to travel on-site in Orlando, Florida at least 2x per year.

  • Prolonged sitting or standing: Team members must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, as much of the work involves sitting at a computer or workstation. Some hybrid or office-based roles may also require the ability to stand for portions of a shift.
  • Repetitive motions: Significant use of the hands, wrists, and fingers is required for tasks like typing, using a computer mouse, and handling paperwork.
  • Visual acuity: This job requires the ability to view a computer screen and read documents for extended periods.
