This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in protecting critical information and ensuring seamless access for a vast user base. Your contributions will directly impact the security posture and operational efficiency of the organization, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining trust. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a diversified Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further advance and broaden your skill sets by working alongside highly skilled professionals at the forefront of security administration. You will be instrumental in managing user access, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of security processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day security administration of systems and user IDs, including creation, deletion, modification, and password resets for all supported technologies.
  • Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring timely and accurate access removal for terminated personnel.
  • Provide advanced support to the service desk for escalated access-related issues that cannot be resolved at their level.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvement initiatives to simplify and automate security administration processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any concerns raised by requestors and proactively anticipating potential escalations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures, notifying management when discrepancies are found in Job Aids to ensure they are updated accordingly.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives in support of regulatory requirements, audits, and broader access management directives.
  • Collate statistical data as requested to support operational and risk metrics for the Identity and Access Management team.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring a blend of foundational security knowledge, practical experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

  • ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough understanding of various Identity & Access Management concepts.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management tools, operating systems, directory services, and remote access technologies.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with exposure to handling customer inquiries, particularly in a helpdesk or support environment.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
