Job description

Love being on the phone? Move fast through a call list and know your way around technology? We have a remote seat with your name on it.
About Daisy: We're the first national brand for smart home and small business technology installation and service - headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, with 20+ locations nationwide and named the 2025 ACG Orange County Startup Award winner. We're growing fast and we take care of our customers long after the work is done.
The role: You'll spend your day reaching out by phone to customers who already know us, reconnecting with them, and booking their next service visit. This isn't a hard-sell job - it's warm outreach, a friendly reason to say yes, and getting the appointment on the calendar. Behind the calls, you'll keep a national appointments calendar straight and handle rescheduling without missing a beat.
You'll thrive here if you:
• Have a track record of high call volume - call center, inside sales, BDR, customer service, or busy retail/support
• Are warm and upbeat on the phone, and a "no" doesn't slow you down
• Are comfortable with technology (you don't need to be an engineer - you just can't get lost talking about devices and systems); CRM experience is valuable and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Are organized and self-directed enough to own your day in a fully remote role
Backgrounds that fit well: Verizon / AT&T / T-Mobile • Best Buy / Geek Squad • Apple Store / Genius Bar • inside sales, BDR, or appointment-setting roles with a daily call target
Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped per-appointment booking incentive (~$19K/yr at target = ~$64K OTE, and uncapped means strong bookers earn more) • separate 5%-of-base annual performance bonus • stock options • full benefits • fully remote.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
Join the Team that's Simplifying Smart Technology
Daisy is the first national brand to help people easily use and enjoy technology, fostering a sense of security, comfort, and happiness in their spaces. As we expand across the country, we're looking for passionate, driven, and innovative team members eager to contribute to our mission. While we have various open opportunities, we're always welcoming new Technicians!
The Daisy Difference for Technicians
We empower our Technicians as critical thinkers who provide exceptional service to our valued clients every day. Whether you aspire to advance your technical mastery, expand your role to leadership, or even own a Daisy branch one day, we provide the training resources and support to help you get there.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Daisy Corporate.
