Position Overview

Oasis Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver essential mental health services remotely, allowing you to provide care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will focus on evaluating, advising, and intervening in clients' mental health needs while promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional assessments, to understand individual mental health needs.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage patients with mental health and psychosocial issues.
  • Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions tailored to clients in need of mental health services.
  • Initiate follow-up measures to assess clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Develop individualized relapse prevention plans to support clients in maintaining stability and improving their quality of life.
  • Monitor and coordinate health services related to behavioral health care, ensuring effective linkages with other treatment providers.
  • Document patient progress and updates meticulously in treatment charts, maintaining thorough and accurate clinical records.
  • Assist clients in adhering to medical treatments and coping with challenges such as medication side effects.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide behavioral service insights, contributing to program evaluation and improvement efforts.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions, ensuring compliance with professional conduct guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Masterโ€™s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.
  • A valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Understanding of psychosocial dynamics and their impact on individuals and families.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills based on professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 โ€“ 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
