Work Hours: M-F (37.5 hours)
Work Location: Bear, DE (Remote) Candidate must be local (within 60 miles of Bear, Delaware)
Remote work with an in-office attendance two - three times a month requirement, Expenses not covered for travel to the office. (Fox Run Office in Bear, Delaware)
Responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This position involves mitigating risks and issues, collaborating across teams and departments, managing resources, maintaining core project documentation and records, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Drive the planning for and execution of the project, working directly with key stakeholders. Oversee daily project operations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, and milestone deliverables.Oversee business requirements gathering, analysis and maintenance.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining and regularly reviewing the RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) log.Lead and coordinate the project team, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver the project, including subject matter expert coordination. Oversee testing efforts and ensure scope coverage. Document and regularly provide status updates. Develop and execute communications that provide clear, accurate, and timely project updates.Establish and facilitate a steering committee for governance. Coordinate and lead core project meetings.Translate concepts and data into concise, accessible information for all stakeholders.
Job Requirements: Experience writing, maintaining, and reporting on CMS Advance Planning Documents (APDs)-including Implementation (IAPD) and Operational (OAPD) updates-in compliance with 45 CFR 95.610 and CMS SMDT 16-009 requirements.Ability to translate complex Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) technical project milestones, schedules, and expenditures into concise, actionable documentation for Federal approval.Minimum associate's degree is required.
