Key job responsibilities
* Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring UX researchers, with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
* End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) and the ability to coach others in these areas
* Strategic thinking skills to develop research roadmaps that align with business objectives and product strategy
* Experience establishing research operations, processes, best practices that scale across teams and the ability to evangelize research across the organization
* Hands-on experience with diverse research methods including: lab-based user testing, survey design, remote testing, prototype testing, and iterative testing. Experience managing both quantitative and qualitative research efforts

* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence product decisions at all levels of the organization
* Ability to balance team workload, prioritize projects, and meet ambitious deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
* Experience partnering with data science, analytics, and marketing teams to bring together multiple data sources
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
