• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, aligning therapeutic methods with clients’ unique circumstances and goals.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to provide therapy services, demonstrating proficiency in technology and an ability to adapt to clients' preferences.
• Engage in continuous dialogue with clients, guiding them through the therapeutic process while revisiting and adjusting treatment goals as necessary.
• Document all therapy sessions accurately and promptly, maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions and progress for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Empathy and compassion, reflecting an understanding of clients' experiences and challenges to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills necessary to effectively manage your schedule, therapy sessions, and documentation requirements.

• Prior experience in delivering remote therapy services or in a community health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant frameworks.
• Experience in conducting virtual assessments and using telehealth technologies to engage clients effectively.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
