Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oracle DBA to manage and administer Oracle databases. The role involves ensuring database performance, integrity, and security while providing user access tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting user issues - 50%
• Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly - 20%
• Monitoring performance and managing parameters - 10%
• Managing user access, permissions and privileges - 10%
• Database documentation - 10%
Qualifications:
Required:
• Oracle 19c installation, backup and recovery procedures – 10 yrs
• Database account and schema creation and maintenance – 10 yrs
• Unix shell scripting – 6 yrs
• Database and SQL tuning with AWR/ADDM or Statspack reports – 7 yrs
• Data import and export – 6 yrs
• GoldenGate installation and setup – 6 yrs
• Create and maintain Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model documents. Experience with ERWin tools – 5 yrs
Preferred:
• Oracle Enterise Management (OEM) tool
• Table and index partitioning
