A reputable healthcare organization is currently looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote team. This full-time position centers on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and developer enablement within a modern application engineering environment.

The role serves as the connection point between software engineering and infrastructure teams, supporting the ongoing modernization of a large-scale examination platform used in high-stakes clinical assessments. This engineer will work directly with developers to shape deployment strategies, containerization approaches, cloud adoption efforts, and operational practices while helping deliver scalable, secure, and reliable applications. The position is heavily focused on collaboration with software engineers and is best suited for someone with a software development background who has moved into DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional software engineering experience with application development
  • Strong background with Node.js and JavaScript or similar application development technologies
  • Experience working in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles
