This position is fully remote, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules based on client appointment availability. • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes to perform thorough diagnostic and functional evaluations, providing essential recommendations for treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage a range of mental health and psychosocial issues, establishing a supportive role within an integrated care team.
• Deliver brief, focused mental health interventions tailored to each patient's needs, optimizing their emotional recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation in treatment charts, ensuring adherence to agency protocols and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.
• Create and implement relapse prevention plans for patients at risk of deterioration, promoting stable and healthy functioning.
• Engage in patient follow-ups to track treatment effectiveness and adjust care approaches as needed, fostering a responsive care model.
• Educate patients on self-management skills and health-promoting behaviors, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Act as a consultant to clinic management and interdisciplinary teams about behavioral health services and the evaluation of program outcomes.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards in clinical practice and participate in ongoing professional development.

The LPCC at Protocall will work with a diverse patient demographic facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • Must possess a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Hold a current LPCC license in the state of California.
• Deep understanding of mental health assessment tools, treatment planning, developmental psychopathology, and therapeutic modalities.
• Thorough knowledge of the effects of physical and mental health issues on individuals and families, coupled with familiarity of available community resources.
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare thorough reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, enhancing the quality of care through virtual platforms.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, helping to bridge language barriers for many patients.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in mental health is valued.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
