Location: Hybrid. Requiring 2 days per week at the Brookfield, WI office OR Madison, WI office.
Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, experience reviewing financials and risk, and a desire to play a more strategic role in evaluating and onboarding business clients.
Essential responsibilities of this role include:
  • Partner with the Sales team to review prospective client opportunities and help structure transactions using available financial information and pricing models
  • Prepare and present underwriting packages in an approved format for credit decisioning
  • Conduct due diligence through third-party platforms, including D&B, UCC searches, payroll tax compliance, and personal credit reporting
  • Analyze the contract language, historical performance, dilution risk, and potential offsets of the prospective client
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of account debtors using credit reports, financial statements, trade references, and other available information

Qualifications
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in auditing, credit analysis, underwriting, commercial finance, or a related field
  • Strong ability to analyze financial information, identify risk, and make sound recommendations
  • Experience reviewing financial statements, credit reports, collateral quality, or operational risk factors
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and interest in improving processes
