We'recurrently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
  • Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
  • Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate
  • Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
  • Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile app during each shift
  • Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
  • Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Pay rate: $30-40/hr
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
  • Active LVN nursinglicense/certification
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 months ofnursing experience
  • Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
  • Access to a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
  • Must pass a background check

Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply):
  • Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
  • Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
  • Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
