Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to each client’s specific challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care efforts, ensuring that clients receive holistic and comprehensive services.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute episodes of distress or emergencies, employing active listening, empathy, and clinical expertise to facilitate de-escalation.
• Engage in community outreach activities, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma through educational initiatives tailored to different community sectors.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and building trust with clients from an array of diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, ensuring meticulous documentation and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
• Knowledge of and experience with telehealth services and related technologies.
• Experience participating in community outreach or mental health education initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
