You will mainly work in a fully remote setup, which allows for a flexible work-life balance. Despite the remote nature, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team. Regular business hours will foster consistency in client engagements, with the added expectation of occasional evening shifts to enhance our service availability. Our outpatient office, when accessed, is designed to provide comfort and safety for both clients and staff.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques to effectively address an extensive range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure that each client receives comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their individual needs.
• Respond to crisis situations with empathetic support and intervention, maintaining a compassionate demeanor while addressing acute mental health distress.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health literacy and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Encare, you will have the opportunity to serve a diverse assortment of clients, including those from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role will challenge you to develop cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing you to connect meaningfully with clients and understand their unique perspectives and needs.

• Possession of a current, independent license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation as required by state regulations and organizational policies.

• A background in community mental health settings or experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and credentials. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
