Medela LLC is seeking a Clinical Education Manager Maternity Care & NICU

  • You are a clinical expert in the mother and baby space, with a strong background in NICU/Maternity Care.
  • You are self-driven about assisting health care providers with education regarding clinical products and innovating technology in the NICU market.

Education/Experience Requirements: Clinical Education Manager Maternity Care & NICU

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree required
  • IBCLC certification or related certification with 2+ years' experience required
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in NICU/Maternity: Dietician, Clinical Nurse Specialist/Educator, Feeding Interventionist (OT/ST), Infection Control
  • Experience with Medela professional products required in the hospital setting, not just personal experience
  • Employee must meet vendor credentialing/compliance demands of accounts within a given territory. The employee must satisfy the account's drug screening requirements, including but not limited to screening for marijuana use, regardless of whether the use of marijuana is legal under applicable state law.
  • Ability to analyze clinical insights to shape local education strategy
  • Ability to build comprehensive account educational plans
  • Strong teamwork focus with the ability to compliantly navigate field complexities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration and time management skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must live in the territory; living near a major airport is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Experience working in an environment with global objectives
