Health And Peace Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an LCSW at Health And Peace Center, you will:

• Provide clinical support to clients through a combination of in-office and community visits, focusing on those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and community partners to drive team goals and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct initial screenings, develop treatment plans, and facilitate timely assessments as required.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-specific needs such as crisis intervention, coping strategies, and personal empowerment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client files, ensuring proper documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and any ongoing updates.
• Monitor treatment efficacy by evaluating client progress and adjusting care plans to meet evolving needs.
• Engage actively in on-call duties during assigned hours to support clients during emergencies or crises.
• Contribute to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

This position primarily focuses on a diverse client population, comprising individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many clients have faced barriers in accessing mental health care, and as an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in identifying their unique needs and providing appropriate interventions. Your work will directly contribute to improving the well-being of those experiencing mental health disorders, fostering social justice and equity in healthcare.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is required.
• Expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment options available for mental health conditions, including crisis management.
• Strong organizational abilities, accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and respect for diverse cultures, traditions, and interpersonal dynamics.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, emphasizing your capability to handle a diverse caseload effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our varied client population.

Health And Peace Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide the following benefits:
