Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Tree of Life, your daily responsibilities will encompass various and critical tasks that promote effective treatment planning:

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
  • Lead individual therapy sessions that employ diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, tailoring these to the unique needs of each client.
  • Track client progress through the establishment and monitoring of therapeutic milestones, ensuring an adaptive approach to treatment as needed.
