• Provide professional assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions tailored to clients experiencing crises related to mental health issues, including conducting thorough evaluations to inform care plans.
• Deliver ongoing support through individual, group, and family therapy, establishing positive rapport to foster trust and a safe space for clients.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that link clients with necessary community services, engaging family members, and other providers to ensure comprehensive support.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings, recommending further assessments as needed.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery within the agency.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding treatment options, progress, and adjustments in care, ensuring that treatment is responsive to individual requests.
• Manage a caseload, monitor client progress, and uphold documentation standards for services rendered, including treatment planning and compliance reporting.
• Participate in on-call coverage, providing crisis intervention and support as assigned.

The LCSW will work extensively with diverse populations, particularly those from under-resourced backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals navigating substance use disorders, emotional disturbances, and those requiring crisis intervention. • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient and team interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and actively participate in collaborative healthcare initiatives.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with diverse client populations in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and experience with telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in specific populations and treatment modalities that align with agency services, including substance use treatment.

The salary range for this LCSW position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
