This multi-dimensional approach enables us to solve the most critical and large-scale challenges across the aerospace & defense, automotive, energy, hi-tech, healthcare, medical devices, rail and semiconductor industries.

We are looking for humble geniuses, who believe that engineering has the potential to make the impossible possible; innovators, who are not only inspired by technology and innovation, but also perpetually driven to design, develop, and test as a trusted partner for Fortune 500 customers. As a team of remarkably diverse engineers, we recognize that what we are really engineering is a brighter future for us all. If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.

The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:

What You Will Do:

  • Provide expert support across various supply chain disciplines, primarily focused on procurement operations.

  • Execute approved procurement initiatives under the guidance of a supervisor.
  • Respond to and resolve procurement-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to applicable import/export, excise regulations, and regulatory compliance (FAR/DFAR).
  • Oversee full lifecycle of parts procurement — from RFQ (request for quote), supplier selection, price negotiation, to order placement and delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
  • Track contract performance and ensure alignment with contractual terms and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) parts; requesting Return Material Authorizations, processing return PO’s, generating return shippers, and driving rework/repair to re-delivery.
  • Lead or participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, supporting coordination between manufacturing and procurement teams.
  • Review escalated parts shortages or supply chain gaps and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Use SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems to process purchase orders, maintain supplier data, and track procurement status.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain/procurement role supporting government-funded projects.
  • Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Experience with procurement lifecycle from quote to delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Understanding of compliance regulations, import/export rules, and government procurement procedure
