We are seeking an experienced Clinical Implementation Specialist to join a global medical technology company specializing in blood collection systems, specimen collection products, diagnostic solutions, and laboratory support services utilized within hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys education, travel, relationship-building, and working directly with healthcare teams to support successful product implementation and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver onsite and virtual training and implementation support to hospital customers
- Provide post-training summaries and implementation updates to Nursing Leadership and Laboratory Management
- Partner closely with leadership to improve evaluation, conversion, and implementation processes
- Support customer satisfaction, retention, and overall implementation success
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support product education and field initiatives
- Assist with identifying customer needs, product opportunities, and field feedback
- Support ongoing sales and clinical training initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare teams and customers
- Lead train-the-trainer programs to ensure successful “Super User” development
- Assist with temporary territory coverage and implementation support as needed
- Participate in business reviews, implementation planning, and workflow discussions
- Manage implementations and evaluations from start to finish
- Track implementation data, reporting, and customer follow-up activities
- Participate in regional and national initiatives as needed
Travel & Schedule:- Approximately 50–75% nationwide travel
- Most travel consists of departing Monday, onsite support Tuesday–Thursday, and travel home Friday
- Typically home on weekends
- General travel cadence is often 4–5 weeks in the field followed by a lighter remote week, though schedules may vary
Role Overview:This role is heavily focused on training and supporting hospital staff during product implementations and conversions. When not traveling, there is strong work-from-home flexibility.
Remote responsibilities may include:
- Developing and updating training materials
- Conducting virtual trainings and follow-up sessions
- Customer support and troubleshooting
- Partnering with Account Managers on implementation projects
- Administrative follow-up and reporting
